Jansiac is a place which some persons chose, to develop a community lifestyle. This micro-society, foundations of which are the sharing, the self-sufficiency against the current urban system, and the minimum human impact on its environment wants to overlap in the capitalist model, by collecting objects and persons of whom it does not want anymore. In Jansiac quantities of given up machines and containers pile up, lying in the middle of nowhere waiting for being restored, exposed to time.

 

Following the method of «collage», these various landscape elements harmonize and move according to
human or meteorological events. The result are unexpected scenes, which influences our perception of
objects in space, disturbing the traditionnal codes of landscape.
